At MrShoes, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges on unworn footwear. Simply ensure your items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or a size swap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
